Joshua Ross is a UX writer at Samsung Electronics and a former tech writer at Google New York, where he crafted help content and UI text for ad serving platforms. He previously served as a speechwriter for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations. He holds a BA in Creative Writing and an MA in Asian Studies, both from Columbia University.
